Description:Sichuan Flavoured Gravy Seasoning

Ready to use as marinade sauce. Consume soon after opening.

Cooking Instructions:
1. For the first marinating, use 100g of this seasoning, add about 2000g water (or chop soup), ginger and fresh shallot, boil for 8 minutes on low heat. Then put the food (about 1500g) into the marinade, heat up to boil, keep boiling for 2-3 minutes then lower heat until the food is cooked. Turn off the heat, keep for 10 minutes, take the food out of the pot, then it is ready to eat
2. For the second marinating, add 50g of this seasoning into the marinade used last time, add 200g water (or chop soup), and do as the first marinating
3.Use meat (or poultry), eggs, some vegetable and bean products

1. Meat should be cleaned and boiled for about 90 Degree C water (in order to remove the blood) before marinating
2. Pork bellies and intestines should be boiled adequately before marinating
3. Meat with peculiar smell should be marinated alone

Storage: Keep in a cool and dry place, away from high temperature and direct sunlight.
