Description:Sichuan Flavour Gravy Mix

Ready to cook for marinade sauce
Consume soon after opening

Cooking Instructions:
1. For the first marinating, take 100g of this seasoning, add about 2800g water (or chop soup), cooking wine, ginger, and fresh shallot, boil for 10 minutes with soft fire. Then put the food (about 1500g) into the marinade, heat up to boil, keep for 2-3 minutes then turn to soft fire until the food is cooked. Turn off the fire, keep for 10 minutes, take the food out of the pot, then it is ready to eat
2. For the second marinating, add 30g of this seasoning into the marinade used last time, add 200g water (or chop soup), and do as the first marinating
3. Scope of application: Domestic animals meat (or poultry), eggs, some vegetable and bean products
4. Storage of the marinade: Fill in sealed container and store in refrigerator

1. Meat should be cleaned and be boiled with about 90 Degree C water (in order to remove the blood) before marinating
2. Pork bellies and intestines should be boiled adequately before marinating
3. Meat with peculiar smell should be marinated alone
