Description:Bai Jia Seasoning For Spicy Crawfish (Crayfish)

Cooking Instruction:
1. Food Preparation: Crawfish 1500g, Garlic 20g, Ginger 15g.
2. Cooking: Put 200g vegetable oil into the pot, add garlic and ginger when the oil it hot. Put and fried the crawfish until the colour turns red, add the seasoning as well as 600g water or beer, cook with 25 minutes until the dish is ready to eat.
3. This seasoning is also suitable for fried clams, crabs, snails, bullfrog etc. Adding additional dry chilli and pepper for better taste.
