Ready to use as a seasoning.

Cooking Instructions:
1. Slice some boiled streaky pork and prepare some cuttings of dried chilli, ginger and garlic sprout
2. Fry the dried chilli, peppercorn and ginger until fragrant with vegetable oil
3. Add the sliced streaky pork and fry for a while, then add this seasoning and fry
4. Add the garlic sprout, stir-fry for 2-3 minutes, then the dish is ready
