Description:Bai Jia Pickled Cabbage Fish Flavour

Cooking Instruction:
1. Prepare 1kg clean freshwater fish, wash and slice. Wash and cut fish bone and fish head into pieces.
2. Add 10g cooking wine, seasoning powder and mixed well with fish.
3. Pour 80g oil into the pot, put proper ginger and garlic when oil is hot and fried about 30 seconds.
4. Put pickled cabbage seasoning into the pot and fried until having good smelling. Then add 1200g water, put fish bones, fish head and soup package into the pot. Put the fish slices into the pot after the water is boiling for 2 minutes. You've got delicious fish dish 2 minutes later.

Sauce Sachet: Palm Oil, Ginger, Chilli, Flavour Enhancer (E621), Salt, Artificial Flavour (Water, Soy Oil Salt, Sugar, Glucose, Yeast Extract, Flavour Enhancer (E621, E635, E640, Ethyl Maltol), Emulsifier (E1450), Thickener (E412), Preservative (E202)), Garlic, Onion, Radish, Sichuan Peppercorn Oil, Shallot, Sugar, Yeast Extract, Sesame Paste (Sesame), Acidity Regulator (E330), Antioxidant (E307), Favour Enhancer (E635), Turmeric, Spices, Preservative (E202).

Powder Sachet: Sweet Potato Starch, Salt, Corn Starch, Flavour Enhancer (E621), Pepper.
