Description:Maesri Pad Thai Sauce
Pad Thai, a Thai-style stir-fried rice noodle. Commonly served as street food in Thailand but has made a name for itself in worldwide from its splendid flavour.

Preparation (Serves 3):
100g Maesri's Pad Thai Sauce
100g dried rice noodles
150g beansprouts
3 tbsp vegetable oil
3 eggs
6 prawns (cooked)
Dried shrimps
Chinese chives
Roasted peanuts

Cooking Instruction:
1. Soak 100g of dried rice noodles in hot water until soft. Rinse with cold water, drain, then mix with a little bit fo oil and set aside.
2. Heat 3 tbsp of vegetable oil in a wok, then add 3 beaten eggs and stir fry until golden brown.
3. Add noodle, 1 pack of Maesri's Pad Thai Sauce, 150g of beansprouts, Chinese chive, and prawns, then stir-fry for 2-3 minutes (until all cooked)
4. Serve with Chinese chives, beansprouts, and roasted peanuts.

Store at cool dry place. Avoid direct sunlight.

Ingredients:Sugar, Tamarind Juice (25%), Shallot, Garlic, Salt, Tomato Paste (5%), Distilled Vinegar, Soybean Oil, Chilli Powder (1%).
