Description:HDL Original Marinade Sauce

Cooking Instructions:
Preparing raw materials: Wash the 1,500g of ingredients, and quickly boil and then remove the water.
Cooking the ingredients: Add 200g of the product and 1,000g of water in a pot; add some pieces of scallions and slices of ginger to your taste. Once the water boils, add all ingredients.
Cook ingredients to absorb flavour: After the ingredients are put into the pot, reduce to a low heat, and slowly stew for 30-40 mins. Then you can enjoy the food.

Tips:
1. Suggestions Ingredients: Chicken winds, beef, pork belly, pork ribs, chicken legs, tripe, eggs, dried beancurd, lotus root.
2. Adjust the length of blanching according to the nature of ingredients.
3. Add salt to your taste. Avoid the pot from drying out.

Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened, consume immediately.
