Description:WoaKieSing Mixed Spices For Simmered Pig Leg

Store in a cool and dry place, keep in airtight container once open.

Instruction for use: Blanch the pig leg (2kg), rinse with cold water, then put in a large saucepan with this spices and 2l of water, bring to boil and simmer for 1 hour, add soya sauce, chicken powder, sesame oil to your taste, boil for 5 minutes then serve.

Produced on a line handling soya, sesame seeds, peanut and other nuts and seeds.
Ingredients:Tsaoko, Chinese Prickly Ash, Star Anise, Licorice, Fennel, Clove, Bay Leaves, Fructus Amomi, Cardamom, Galangal, Coriander Seed, Dried Tangerine Peel, Thyme, White Pepper.
