Directions Hua Diao Chicken:
(Serves 2-4, best for 200-300g chicken)
1)Open the pack of soyabean sauce (A). Add Soyabean Sauce into the raw chicken and marinate evenly for a while
2) Fried the chicken until cooked well
3)Completed by putting Hua Diao sauce (B) and Hua DiaoWine (C) and add fresh segmented onion into the pan and keep stir-frying to make the sauce thickened and absorbed and top the dish with dried chilli (D)
