The main ingredients of Hot Spicy Pot Base include hot pepper and green prickly ash which smell freshly fragrant and taste authentically spicy. It is a convenient and instant hot pot base with which you can cook as you like.

Instruction For Use: Use as condiment for spicy dry pot.

Cooking Methods:
1. Boil 400g of main ingredients such as spareribs, beef, chicken wings and shrimps for a couple of minutes. Then take these ingredients out of the water and stir-fry them with rapeseed oil till they are 80 percent cooked
2. Add a bag (80g) of the hot pot base and 300g of vegetables such as lotus roots, celery and onions. Stir-fry them till they are thoroughly mixed
3. Add some water and cook till everything is cooked

Store in a cool, dry and ventilated area. Needs to be refrigerated after opening.
