Description:Thai Tom Yam Paste

Cooking Instructions (Serves 2):
1. Heat 500 ml (2 1/2 cups) of water in a pot. Add Adabi's Thai Tom Yam Paste with 150g meat, chicken or squid that is cut into small pieces. Stir and boil until tender
Note: To cook prawn tom yam, boil prawns and drain separately as the prawn stock can affect the prawn tom yam flavour
2. Add 5 cloves (50g) of cauliflower and boil until cooked (approximately 5 minutes)
3. Ready to serve

Store in a cool dry place.
Ingredients:Shallot, Dried Chilli (25%), Palm Oil, Tamarind Paste (9%), Lime Juice (8%), Herb (Lemongrass) (6.5%), Sugar, Citric Acid, Salt, Flavour Enhancer (Monosodium Glutamate).
