Directions Gong Pao Chicken:
(Serves 2-4, best for 200-300g chicken)
1)Open the pack of soyabean sauce (A). Add Soyabean Sauce into the raw chicken and marinate evenly for a while
2) Fried the chicken until cooked well
3)Completed by putting Gong Pao Sauce (B) and the fresh segmented onion into the pan and keep stir-frying to make the sauce thickened and absorbed then add the dried chilli (C) and sichuan pepper powder (D) on top
