Directions General Tso's Chicken:
(Serves 2-4, best for 200-300g chicken)
1) Open the pack of soyabean sauce (A). Add Soyabean Sauce into the raw chicken and marinate evenly for a while
2) Fried the chicken until cooked well
3) Completed by putting General Tso's sauce (B) and the fresh segmented onion into the pan and keep stir-frying to make the sauce thickened and absorbed and top the dish with sesame oil (C) and dried chilli (D)
