Recipe
Ingredients: 1 bag (50g) Jenrofen Powder For Steamed Meat - Five Spice, 1 bag (5g) marinate powder, 300g pork chops
Cooking Instructions:
1. Slice the pork belly into 3-5 cm
2. Dissolve the meat marinating powder (5g) into 20-30 cc water, soak the pork belly in for 30 minutes. Toss and massage to absorb thoroughly
3. Coat the pork belly with Jenrofen powder evenly. Steam the pork belly for 25-30 minutes, until the steam meat powder (Jenrofen powder) turns transparent
Note: The product has seasoning. Not necessary to add salt or soy sauce.

Store in a cool dry place.

Ingredients:Jenrofen Powder: Indica Rice, Glutinous Rice, Flavour Enhancer (E621), Salt, Anise, Ginger, Onion, China Cassia.
Meat Marinate Mix: Salt, Potato Starch, Sugar, Flavour Enhancer (E621), White Pepper, Cellulose, Soy Protein, Garlic Powder, Chilli Pepper, Quality Improvement Agent (Sodium Pyrophosphate).
