Description:HRJ Brand Condiment For Fish With Sour Cabbage

Use as a condiment for Chinese cuisine.

Cooking Instructions:
1. Clean and cut 1-1.5 kg fish into slices of lumps, mix well with the pickled fish flavouring (10g) and cooking wine (10g) or a little white spirit, it is ready to use in 10 minutes
2. Pour about 120g edible oil into the pot till the oil become hot, put one bag of pickled Chinese cabbage (260g) and fry. Add the sauce sachet (80g) and fry. Finally, add the fish head and bone and fry till fragrant. Pour 1 kg water (boiled water or bone soup is better) into the pot till boiled
3. When the fish head and fish bone are done, put it into a prepared dish. Then add the fish slice into the pot, cook for 2-3 minutes. Sprinkle shallot on it according to your favour) and you can serve it

Allergy Advice: Produced on a line handling soya, sesame seeds, peanut and other nuts and seeds.

Store in a cool and dry place. Keep refrigerated and use within 1 week after opening.
