Recipe: Bak Kuet Teh
1. Boil 750ml (3 cups) of water. Place the soup mix bag in the water.
2. Wash ½kg cut up spare ribs and place in the boiling water for 5 minutes.
3. Lower the hear, cover and simmer for 45 minutes or until the meat is tender. Discard the bag.
