Description:TRS Methi Seeds (Fenugreek)

When ground, TRS Methi Seeds form an important ingredient in the finest Madras Curry Powder. Lightly roasted the Whole Methi gives a pungent bittersweet taste and is mainly used for the tempering of Dalls, and enhancing the flavour of vegetable dishes. Whole Methi is also an important ingredient of Indian pickles.

Storage: Once opened we recommend the transfer of the product to an airtight container. This will retain freshness and flavour. Store in a cool dry place.

Do not eat uncooked.
