Description:Rajah Fish Masala Spice Blend
A perfect blend of aromatic spices
No artificial flavours

No preservatives. No artificial colours. No MSG.

A delicious blend of aromatic spices, herbs and seasoning for the perfect Fish Masala.

What You Need:
20g Rajah Fish Masala spice blend
1 tsp garlic puree
1/2 tsp ginger puree
8 thick slices of cog, boneless & skinless (or another firm fleshed white fish)
1 tbsp oil
1 onion, diced
1 tomato, diced
1/2 tsp salt

Optional Garnish:
2 tbsp coriander leaves, freshly chopped

Method:
1. To made the marinade, place Rajah Fish Masala spice blend in a small bowl. Add garlic and ginger purees and using a teaspoon mix to a paste.
2. Place fish in a shallow dish and spread marinade over the fish, covering evenly. Cover and place in the fridge for 3 hours to marinate.
3. Heat oil in a large frying pan.
4. Add onion and fry for 15 minutes until soft and golden.
5. Add tomato and fry for 5 minutes until softened.
6. Add fish & cook 5 minutes, turning each piece over once.
7. Add 100ml water and salt.
8. Cook on a low heat for 5-10 minutes, until fish is just cooked.
9. Garnish with coriander leaves.

Storage Instructions: store in a cool, dry place. On opening store in an airtight container.
Ingredients:Chilli Powder, Ground Coriander, Mango Powder, Ground Cumin, Iodised Salt, Ground Fennel (4%), Ground Ginger (3.5%), Ground Cinnamon, Ground Black Pepper, Ground Turmeric, Garlic Powder, Onion Powder, Ground Carom.
