How To Use Adabi Goreng Pisang Flour:
1. Heat oil for about 3-4 minutes
2. Mix one packet of Goreng Pisang Adabi flour with water and a little salt. Mix to become thick. Estimate each mixture enough to fried once only. For 5-6 ripe bananas, use approximately 100g of flour. Mix by ratio of 4 parts water to 3 parts flour
3. Coat the bananas in the mixture and fry until golden brown. During frying, turn the bananas in the oil
4. When done, take the bananas out and drain
5. Best served when hot

1 packet of banana fritter flour (250g) can be mixed with 1 kg of banana. Add salt if needed.
This flour is suitable to fry cassava, sweet potatoes, cempedak, etc.

Store in a cool and dry place.
