Shrimp Tempura
Directions:
Dissolve contents of this package with 3/4 cup cold water. Mix & beat until well-combined.
Prepare 1/2 kg (1 pound) shrimps, leaving on the tails. Dip shrimps in the batter and deep fat fry in vegetable oil at medium heat until the coating is crisp and light brown. Drain well on absorbent kitchen paper. Serve as soon as possible.
