Description:Khanum Specially Milled Superfine Gram Flour (Besan)

Khanum Gram Flour is finely milled from a variety of chick peas known as chana dall. Gram flour is an essential ingredient in making onion bhajees and pakoras. Gram flour is also traditionally used in some Indian sweets.

Allergy Advice: Produced in a production area that handles chana dall, yellow peas and gram flour, on a site that handles nuts, wheat (gluten), celery and mustard, sesame seeds and soya beans.

Store in a cool dry place. Once opened transfer to an air-tight container and use within 6 weeks.
