Description:Vinh Thuan Steamed Banana Cake Flour Mix (Bot Banh Chuoi Hap)

Instructions for use:
- Dissolve 340g flour with 510ml of water absolutely.
- Slice ripe large bananas (2kg), and then add 200-230g sugar (optionally).
- Put mixture (flour, bananas, sugar) into the pot and cook and stir until thickened with low heat.
- Pour the cooked mixture into steamer applied oil.
- Heat the steamer of boiling water for 20 minutes (depending on thick of thin cake).
- Steamed banana cakes are used with cooked coconut milk and toasted sesame seeds.
Note: 2 steamers with 24cm in diameter by 1 package of 340g flour.

Maintain in cool, dry any hygienical place.
Ingredients:Tapioca Starch (85%), Rice Starch (15%).
