Description:Sponge Cake Powder
Yeast Powder Inside
Flour for Cantonese sponge cake or steamed cake

Ready to use. Consume soon after opening.

Cooking Instructions:
1. Mix 400g water with 160g brown sugar and stir to complete solution
2. Add 7g yeast powder and 4 eggs into the mixture of step one and mix thoroughly. Then add 450g Sponge Cake Powder, stir completely
3. Wait for 30-60 minutes. Pour the mixture into a steaming plate. Steam it over boiling water for 20-25 minutes. Then the cake is ready to serve
Can be cooked in a steam pot or rice cooker.

Storage Condition: Keep away from direct sunlight and store in a cool dry place.
Ingredients:Wheat Starch (70%), Corn Starch (29%), Raising Agent (E500(ii)), Acidity Regulators (E330, E575).
