Description:Sponge Cake Powder

Ready to use

Cooking Instructions:
1) Mix 400g water with 160g brown sugar and stir to complete solution
2) Add 7g yeast powder and 4 eggs into the mixture of step one and mix thoroughly. Then, add 450g Sponge Cake Powder, Stir completely.
3) Wait for 30-60 minutes. Pour the mixture into a steaming plate. Steam it over boiling water for 20-25 minutes. Then the cake is ready to serve.
