Description:Bai Sha Rice Cake Flour (Niangao Year Cake)

Step One: Add 375g sugar into 440g boiling water.
Step Two: Add 20g oil in the mixture and wait until it cools down to 40C.
Step Three: Add 500g Rice Cake Flour into the mixture and mix thoroughly.
Step Four: Pour the mixture into a steaming plate. Steam it over boiling water for 30 minutes, or until well done.

Ready to use
Consume soon after opening

Storage Condition: Keep away from direct sunlight and store in a cool dry place.

May also contain milk, egg, nuts, peanut.
Ingredients:Glutinous Rice Flour (50%), Wheat (Gluten) Starch (40%), Wheat (Gluten) Flour (10%).
