Description:Pure Water Chestnut Flour
This product is made from Guangzhou Pantang specialty - non-polluted water chestnut by modern technology. It can be used to make not only sweet or salted flour cake but also dessert, dish and soup etc.

Steamed Water Chestnut Flour Cake
Ingredients: 250g water chestnut flour, 375g sugar, 1500g water.
Cooking Instructions:
1. Mix 250g flour with 750g water, stir until smooth
2. Boil sugar water with another 750g water and 375g sugar. Pour 100g mixture of step 1 into the boiling sugar water, stirring into a thick liquid
3. Stop boiling. Keep stirring while pouring the rest of the mixture of Step 1 into the thick liquid of Step 2 until it turns into a smooth paste
4. Put the paste into a pan and steam for about 20 minutes. When the steamed paste is cool it can be cut into slices before serving

Water Chestnut Syrup
Ingredients: 20g water chestnut flour, 20g sugar, 500g boiled water.
Cooking Instructions:
1. Mix 50g cooled boiled water with 20g sugar and 20g flour with stirring until smooth
2. Pour 450g boiling water into the mixture of Step 1 while stirring until the mixture turns into a light brown colour. Ready to serve. It will be more delicious if egg or milk is added

Store in a cool and dry place.
