Description:Panko Bread Crumbs

How to cover panko:
1) Sprinkle some seasoning like salt and black pepper on the food such as shrimp, fish or meat to be fried, and then coat with some wheat flour or tempura powder mixed with cold water.

2) Beat up some eggs in a bowl. Dip the foods in the bowl and then take them out. It is better to mix eggs with some milk.

3) Cover the foods with bread crumbs and hold down with your hand. After that, wait for 3-4 minutes.

4) Put enough oil in a fry pan and fry the foods at about 170C at which some bread crumbs rise up immediately after they fall in the pan.

Any bread crumbs contaminated by eggs or meat should not be returned to the bag. Partly used bags should be folded to exclude air, and then store in a cool dry area.
