Description:Dumpling Pastry Flour

How to make Chinese dumpling wrapper:
In a big pot or deep bowl, mix this flour (500g), water (1 cup), vegetable oil (1 tsp), salt (1/3 tsp), spinach/carrot/beet juice (optional). Stir til dough comes together in a large, clumpy ball. Seal the bowl with cling film and allow to relax for about 15 minutes. Kneed the dough into a smooth ball. Cut the dough into 30-40 small pieces and shape them into small balls. Use your hand to squeeze them and make them flat. Then use the rolling pin to roll out each piece of dough into a circular wrapper about 3 inches in diameter and they are ready to use.

Store in a cool dry place, keep in an airtight container and use within 1 month after opening
