Japanese style green tea is traditionally steamed to preserve the fresh flavour, colour and fragrance of the leaves. Our Premium Fukamushi Sencha is steamed for a longer time, bringing out a mild yet rich flavour with deep green liquor.

Brewing Instructions:
1. Bring fresh water to a boil
2. Warm the teacup(s). For one up of tea (240 ml) place 1 tbsp (3g) of tea leaves into the teapot
3. Pour 1 cup of hot water (158-176F or 70-80C) into the teapot
4. Steep for 30 seconds to 1 minute, pour the entire pot of tea evenly into cup(s)
