Gekkeikan Sake has been brewed in Kyoto, Japan since 1637 and is today a leading international sake brand. Sulphite and gluten free.

Style: Herbaceous with hints of grapefruit and a light earthiness. Good acidity, mineral driven, well-balanced with a clean, medium finish.
Pairing Notes: Delicious with tempura, full flavoured fish and shellfish, fresh green vegetable dishes, and coconut-based Asian dishes. A flavourful base for stocks and marinades.
Serving Suggestions: This versatile sake can be enjoyed warm (~50C), at room temperature or chilled. Excellent for sake cocktails and infusions.
