Description:Japanese Sake (15.5%)

Gekkeikan Sake has been brewed in Kyoto, Japan since 1637 and is today a leading international sake brand. It embodies the signature Gekkeikan style and represents 14 generations of sake brewing experience. Herbaceous with hints of grapefruit and a light earthiness. Good acidity, mineral driven, well-balanced with a clean, medium finish.

Pairing Notes:Delicious with tempura, full flavoured fish and shellfish, fresh green vegetable dishes, and coconut-based Asian dishes. A flavourful base for stocks and marinades.
