Spiced Fried Bamboo Shoots With Chicken (Serves 6-7)
1. Stir-fry 5 tbsps Red Curry Paste (Maesri brand) with 6 tbsps oil. Stir well.
2. Add 300g Chicken, 400g Bamboo Shoots (cut, sliced or strips), 1 tbsp Sugar. Stir until chicken is done. Put in Bergamot Leaves, Hot Basil Leaves and Chillies.
