Sushi Seasoning is an integral part to making sushi - Japanese sticky, sweet rice served with thin slices of raw fish traditionally, to give it that pleasing after taste. Also used as a salad dressing without adding any oil.

Cooking Instructions:
Sprinkle 3 tbsp of Obento Sushi Seasoning to 1 cup of cooked sushi rice in a large shallow dish. using a wooden spatula, fold the sushi seasoning into the rice. Let the rice cool to room tempertature before using to make sushi.
