Description:To make sushi rice, use 5 tablespoon (75ml) of sushi seasoning for 2 cups (500ml) of uncooked rice (4 cups [1000ml] of cooked rice). Mix well while it is hot.
Sushi seasoning oil is also good as an oil free salad dressing by sprinkling it on fresh salad.

Ingredients:Glucose-fructose, water, distilled vinegar, salt, rice vinegar, brown sugar, monosodium glutamate, 3.5% acetic acid.
