6 pieces Calamansi, 1/2 cup Marca Pina Soy Sauce, 500g beef sirloin cut into slices, 1 tbsp margarine, 1 tbsp cooking oil, 1/4 cup garlic, 2 pieces onion, cut in rings.

Marinate beef in the mixture of calamansi and Marca Pina Soy Sauce for 1 hour.
Melt Margarine in a skillet, add oil.
Add minced garlic and saute until golden brown. Remove and set aside.
Remove Beef and squeeze out marinade.
Fry beef pieces until brown.
Add onion rings and stir together with the beef until onions are transparent.
Add marinade. turn off flame once marinade starts to boil.
