Description:Lee Kum kee Seasoned Soy Sauce For Seafood is perfect for enjoying fish in the classic Chinese way - steaming. Smiply add this ready-to-use seasoned soy sauce to steamed fish for an appetising treat like those in restaurants. Also it is an excellent condiment for rice rolls and hot pot rice.

Chinese Style Steamed Fish
Put shredded ginger on fish (about 600g / 1⅓ lb, dried and rubbed with a little salt). Steam for 10 minutes or till done. Pour away excess liquid. Put shredded spring onion and Chinese parsley on fish. Heat oil and pour over fish. Pour about 100ml Seasoned Soy Sauce for Seafood over fish and serve. Serves 4.
