Ingredients
350g / 12oz beef ribs (cut into pieces), 1 pack Lee Kum Kee Sauce For Sweet and Spicy Beef Ribs (80g / 2.8oz). Serves 4.
Procedure
Pan-fry ribs in 1-2 tbsp oil until golden yellow and done. Add Lee Kum Kee Sauce For Sweet and Spicy Beef Ribs. Stir well until heated through.

Also god for spare ribs, chicken fillet and carrot.
