Description:Ready made in a wide range of flavours, Lee Kum Kee Menu-orientated sauces bring you delicious dishes and save your time in the kitchen. Prepared from selected soybeans, chilli pepper, garlic and aromatic spices, this sauce is ideal for cooking Spicy Garlic Eg-plant or other spicy garlic dishes.

Spicy Garlic Egg-Plant
Ingredients
350g / 12oz / about 2 pieces egg-plant (cut into strips), 90g / 30oz miced pork, 1 pack Lee Kum Kee Sauce for Spicy Garlic Egg-plant (80g / 2.8oz). Serves 4.
Procedure
1. Deep-fry egg-plant in hot oil or cook in boiling water. Drained.
2. Stir-fry minced pork in 1 tbsp oil until done. Add Lee Kum Kee Sauce For Spicy Garlic Egg-plant and egg-plant. Stir well until heated through.

Also good for seafood, chicken and celery.
Ingredients:Water, Fermented Soybean Paste (25%) (Water, Salt, Soybean, Wheat), White Sugar, Salted Chilli Pepper (12%), Garlic (5%), Tomato Paste, Modified Corn Starch, Salt, Soybean Oil, Spices, Oyster Extractives, Acid (E270), Licorice Powder, Colour (E150c), Flavour Enhancers (E631, E627).
