Cooking Instructions:
1. Prepare 1 kg sliced fish fillet, add marinate pack to the fish with rice wine or white wine (10 ml), mix well then ready to use
2. Boil 1l of water or stock, add seasoning pack and add marinated fish into the pot when boiled. Cook for 3-5 minutes until fish is cooked, and ready to serve

Storage Condition: Keep away from direct sunlight and store in a cool dry place.
