250g / 8oz fresh squid (cut into pieces), and prawns (shelled and deveined), ½ onion (cut into pieces), 25g / 1oz carrot (slices), 1 pack Lee Kum Kee Sauce For Curry Seafood (60g / 2.1oz). Serves 4.
Procedure
Stir-fry onion in 1tbsp oil until fragrant. Add carrot, squid and prawns. Stir well until seafood is done.
Add Lee Kum Kee Sauce for Curry Seafood. Stir well quickly until heated through.
