Description:Ready made in a wide range of flavours, Lee Kum Kee Soup Base brings you delicious hot pot tastes and save you time in the kitchen. Prepared from selected peppercorns and various condiments, this sauce is great for preparing the renowned Sichuan dish Ma Po Tofu.

Ingredients needed:

• 90g/3oz minced pork
• 250g/8oz/about 1 piece soft bean curd (diced).

1 pack Lee Kum Kee Sauce fo Ma Po Tofu.

Method:
Stir-fry minced pork in 1-2 tbsp oil until cooked. Add soft bean curd amd Lee Kum Kee Sauce for Ma Po Tofu. Stir well lightly. Cook over low heat until sauce thickens.
