Description:Yeo's Oyster Sauce is made to a classic recipe using traditional methods. The delicate and delicious flavour of Oyster Sauce is especially popular in Chinese dishes featuring green vegetables, but it can also be used with beef or bean-curd (tofu). Use sparingly - 2tbsps to 350g of meat or vegetables - and add at the end of cooking.
