Sweet and sour prawns (Serves 4)
Deep-fry 450g/1lb giant tiger prawns (unpeeled) in moderate hot oil for about 1 minute or until bright pink. Remove and drain. Heat 4 tbsp Amoy Sweet & Sour Sauce and pour on top of the prawns. Serve hot or cold. Ready-cooked prawns can also be used for this receipe, in which case reduce the cooking time by half. Ensure fully cooked before serving.
