Description:Sambal sauce, a typical Malaysian tart and tangy sauce combining tomato, chilli and tamarind, is best used to cook prawns or mixed seafood. It can also be added to stir-fried chicken for a tangy twist.

Sambal Prawns:
Serves 5-6
Prep. time 5 min
Cooking 10 min

*Empty AYAM Sambal Sauce into a saucepan and bring to boil.
*Stir prawns, reduce heat and simmer until prawns are cooked (approximately 10 minutes)
*Serve with steamed rice.

Hint:
Replace prawns with squid or ther seafood. Either add 1 small onion (cut in wedges) or 1 cup of cut beans (2cm in length) with prawns and cook together.
