Duck With Pineapple (Serves 4)
Fry 1 small thinly shredded onion and 1 medium thinly shredded carrot in 3 tbsp oil with 1/2 tsp salt for 1 minute. Then add 1 tbsp thinly shredded ginger, 2 thinly shredded spring onions, 3-4 tbsp pineapple strips and 225g (8oz) shredded cooked duck meat with 3-4 tbsp Amoy Plum Sauce and 1 tbsp dry sherry, stir-fry for about 2-3 minutes Serve hot.

Ingredients:Sugar, Rice Vinegar, Plum 10%, Salt, Water, Potato Starch, Chilli, Garlic, Stabilizer (E415).
