Description:This is great for Sichuan-style stir-fries or as a dip.

Ma Po Tofu
Stir-fry 120g (4oz) minced beef/pork for 1/2 min. Add 1 tbsp Minced Garlic and 2-1/2 tbsp Chilli Bean Sauce. 350g (12oz) diced bean-curd, beef/pork and 3 tbsp water. Cook through.
