Description:A ready-to-use all natural sauce made from selected black pepper. Use as a gravy for your favourite steaks and as a condiment for stir-frying.

Black Pepper Steak (Serves 1)
Pan-fry a beef steak of about 170g (6oz) in oil for about 5 minutes or until desired doneness. Heat through 3 tbsp Lee Kum Kee Black Pepper Sauce and 2-3 tbsp water and pour over steak.
Ingredients:Water, Sugar, Soy Sauce (Water, Salt, Soybean, Wheat Flour), Salt, Tomato Paste, Yeast Extract, Black Pepper (4%), Modified Corn Starch, Dried Garlic, Soybean Oil, Color (Ammonia Caramel / E150c), Oyster Extractives, Food Acid (Citric Acid / E330), Flavour Enhancers (Disodium 5'-Inosinate / E631, Disodium 5'-Guanylate / E627).
