Description:Adobo Marinade
Cooking Directions: Marinate 1.1 lb (1/2 kg) meat, cut into serving portions in 1/3 cup (83 ml) Mama Sita's Adobo Marinade for 15 minutes. In a saucepan, heat 1 tbsp (15ml) cooking oil and saute 1 tbsp (10g) crushed garlic. Add the meat 2 pieces at a time and fry until edges turn golden brown. Pour in the marinade, cover and bring to a boil. Lower the heat and simmer. Stir occasionally until meat is cooked and sauce has thickened. Add water, as needed. Serve with rice.
