Description:Tom yum soup is a very popular Thai dish. It is popular for its hot and sour taste. Tom yum contains many kind of herb, which is very good for health.

Preparation: Maesri's Tom Yum Paste 100g, Water 2 cups, Shrimp or Chicken 200g, Mushroom 100g, Coriander (for garnishing).

Cooking Instruction:
1. Put 2 tbsp of Maesri's Tom Yum Paste into 2 cups of boiling water.
2. Add shrimp or other meat and add 100g of mushroom. Stir until cooked.
3. If prefer rich soup, add 3 tbsp of evaporated milk.
4. Sprinkle with coriander. Ready to serve for 2 people.
