Description:Preparation: Maesri's Kaeng Som Curry Paste 100g, Fish 600-800g., Long bean or prefer vegetable 1kg, Tamarind juice 2-2.5 cups, Fish sauce 3 tbsp.

Instructions:
0) Clean and cut fish into 2-inch pieces.
1) Boil fish until cooked. Blend 1/3 of cooked fish (select only its meat) with 1 pack of Maesri's Kaeng Som Curry Paste.
2. Boil 10 cups of water and mix with the mixture from no. 1, stirring for a few minutes then add fresh vegetable.
3. Add Tamarind juice and fish sauce. Adjust the taste as you prefer. The tast of Kaeng Som Soup should be sour and salty.
4. Add the rest of cooked fish and boil for further 5 minutes. Ready to serve for 10-12 people.
