Description:Authentic Thai Cuisine.

Serving Suggestion:
1. Boil 3 cups coconut milk in pot, put in 100g (6-7 tbsp) of Maesri's Kaeng Kua Curry Paste, stir well until oil appears on top (about 5 minutes).
2. Add 500g of chicken. 500g bamboo shoots (pumpkin or vegetable as you like) stir until chicken tender.
3. Add 2.5-3 cups coconut milk, 4 tbsp of fish sauce, half tbsp sugar and 6 kaffir lime leaves (shredded). Stir until boil.
4. Garnish with sliced fresh chilli and sweet basil leaves.
